Podcast: Death of an Artist S3

Five stars. (★★★★★)

An intimate, multi-dimensional examination of the suicides of children’s book author Petra Mathers and her husband, Michael Mathers, told through the perspectives and memories of their friends and family. It's a confounding story, told well. (I have not listened to the first two seasons of this podcast, and I would not categorize this story as "true crime.")
