Parting with Instyler

Zero stars.

My trusty old Instyler finally broke in dramatic, decisive fashion. It's the end of an era.

For many years (15? More?) this rotating iron has been the best and only styling tool for my hair. When it was discontinued a few years ago, I scooped up a couple of still-in-box Instylers on eBay. Now the supply has run dry and I need to face reality.

Knowing this moment would come, I've tried other tools and none of them compare. I guess I'll have to renew my quest. Sad.
