Colorado #12: Just Hanging

Five stars. (★★★★★)

The sole purpose of this visit was to hang out with Leah, while Seppi and Fifi were on a school trip.

The work week was demanding and I was fighting a bug, so I was extra lethargic. I'm not sure I delivered the best "friend experience."

Still, we had our lazy evenings on the couch watching standup specials and eating our way through Seppi's lasagna. We took a couple of walks and caught up. From that perspective, mission accomplished.

This morning we had a delicious breakfast at Morning Glory Cafe and I bought some handmade jewelry from my favorite shop in Louisville.

I didn't take a single photo during the visit, so here's one from the new Delta lounge at DIA. Given how much time I'm spending in airports lately, it seems appropriate.
